Order received with a Sunday or Holiday delivery date may be

In most cases, orders
placed Mon-Sat before 1 P.M. in the recipient's time zone can be
delivered the same-day.
Orders received after 1 P.M. may be delivered the following day.
Order received after
1:00 P.M. (recipient time) on Saturday or requesting Sunday or Holiday delivery may be delivered the following Monday (depending on
the local florist's business hours and delivery schedule).
We will do our best
to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day between the hours
of 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. if noted on your order, but we cannot
guarantee all shops will be able to honor your request.
Delivery of orders to
Rural Routes and Post Office Boxes must include the recipient's
telephone number.
Recipients will be called prior to delivery for specific delivery
instructions.
Cemetery deliveries
cannot be guaranteed and may require additional delivery fees.
Substitution
Policy
It is extremely
important to note that floral arrangements are hand made using one
of nature's wonderful gifts.
Size, quantity of flowers and color variations may vary from the
images on our site. Seasonal and regional conditions affect
availability.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers, plant
material, fresh fruit/gourmet products and the containers pictured
may be necessary. To insure timely delivery, all orders includes our automatic 2nd Choice policy.
Our 2nd Choice
policy allows us to make substitutions of various products on your
behalf following strict guidelines to maintain the same "look
and feel" of the item you have selected.
How do we maintain the
same, "look and feel"?
In single-flower
arrangements, such as a dozen roses, we will make every attempt
to match the flower choice you have selected, but may need to
substitute with another color. For example, if you selected 12
Yellow Roses, and Yellow are not available on
the day you requested delivery, another color rose will be delivered.
In mixed floral
arrangements, substitutions of flowers types may be required to
maintain the same look and feel. For example, if you order a "Spring
arrangement" which includes Iris, and the Iris is not available on
the day you request delivery, another flower of equal or greater
value will be used in the same color theme as the whole arrangement.
In single plant and
planter gardens, we will substitute with a plant or plants of
equal or greater value. Green plants will be substituted with other
green plants and blooming plants will be substituted with other
blooming plant material. Color of blooming plants may vary.
In fruit and gourmet
baskets, similar seasonal fruit will be substituted. Gourmet
product will be substituted with equal or greater value.
Please note, photographic props such as balloons, cakes, flower
stands, etc. do not come with your purchase unless it is itemized in
the description, such as: Arrangement with balloons.
